Mrs. Kennedy held the first Student Council meeting of the year. Topics covered were: plastic recycling, Kids Vote on Nov. 8, and the Shoe and Boot Drive.

Tonight I was able to introduce our two North Elementary Spotlight Students for the month of October. Teagan and Blake shared their leadership experiences as Saints Center anchors and Kindness Crew members.

Our students had a great time with performer, artist, and author Chad Elliot.

READ & FEED REMINDER! The Summer Read & Feed program's final day is this Friday (Aug. 12) at North Elementary. Read & Feed staff will be serving pizza and have a special ice cream treat from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to end the summer session. Hope to see you there!

SAINTS BUS SERVICE STUDENT REGISTRATION 2022-2023
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THIS FORM FOR THE 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR, PLEASE DON'T SUBMIT ANOTHER.
All Saint Peter Public School students must be registered in order to ride the school bus for the 2022-2023 school year. Accurate and timely information is important each year to establish bus routes. THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER FOR YOUR QUALIFYING STUDENT TO RIDE THE SCHOOL BUS.
Qualifying students must live outside of a ONE-mile radius of the school in which they are attending in order to be granted riding privileges. Riding privileges CANNOT be guaranteed for the start of the school year if this form isn't submitted by the end of the day on JULY 29, 2022. Completed forms must be submitted for EACH STUDENT planning to ride the bus to school.

Students may qualify for free school supplies!
Friends of Learning is a collaboration between Nicollet County Health and Human Services, St. Peter Lions Club, Friends of the St. Peter Library, and the Salvation Army. We are committed to helping families in St. Peter and rural Nicollet County obtain necessary school supplies. We offer families who might otherwise struggle to purchase school supplies the basic items listed on the school supply list. Students will start the school year off right with the tools needed to help them succeed. The program is limited to Nicollet County residents and children grades Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
