Animal science students in Jasmine Witty’s class at Saint Peter High School are monitoring chicks hatching during their class this week. The class started with 33 eggs which were placed in an incubator three weeks ago.
As of lunch time on Tuesday, 12 of the eggs had hatched with the rest expected to break through at any time this week. Here are some photos from the Animal Science class monitoring the incubator on Tuesday morning, and recording the information for each egg that hatches.
